Great Commission Learning Management System
A new learning management system scheduled
for launch in June. Its primary user will
be the Internet Biblical Seminary. I want
to be a part of the e-learning revolution.
I like to tell the story of sitting in an
auditorium of 300 or so students listening
to a professor narrate a PowerPoint
presentation for $175 / credit hour. I look
back with bewilderment. Academia is going
to have its boat rocked when the next
generation of teachers make much of their
material free online with Creative Commons
licenses via easy-to-use online course
authoring and collaboration tools.
